Ordering & enquiry
- How do I place an order?
- There's no online cart. Pick your tea and pack size, tap Enquire, and tell us the quantity. We reply with current pricing and how to pay — usually within a day.
- Do you sell in bulk or wholesale?
- Yes — bulk is a big part of what we do, from 1 kg packs upward. Mention the quantity you need in your enquiry and we’ll sort out trade pricing for you.
- Why do prices say "enquire" instead of a number?
- Tea pricing moves with the season and the grade. Rather than post a figure that goes stale, we quote the current rate per order so you always get a fair, up-to-date price.
The tea
- Where does your tea come from?
- Single-origin Assam CTC, from the gardens of the Brahmaputra valley. Every Shree Chai blend starts from that same leaf.
- Is it pure tea, or blended with flavouring?
- Royal Cup is 100% pure CTC — no flavouring, no added dust. Elaichi Chai adds real green cardamom, crushed whole, never essence.
- Is it vegetarian?
- Yes. It’s tea (and, in Elaichi, cardamom) — FSSAI-registered and marked veg.
- How should I store it, and how long does it keep?
- Keep it sealed, cool, and away from strong smells. Sealed, it holds its character for up to a year; once opened, use it within a few months for the freshest cup.
Brewing & delivery
- How do I make a proper cup?
- Boil water, add a heaped teaspoon per cup, let it roll for colour, pour in milk and sugar, and boil a couple of minutes more. Step-by-step timings are on each tea’s page.
- Can I drink it without milk?
- You can, but these are CTC chai blends built for milk — strong and malty, at their best as a proper milk chai.
- Where do you deliver, and how long does it take?
- Across India. Share your pincode in the enquiry and we’ll confirm the delivery estimate and any courier cost when we send your quote — most orders dispatch within a couple of working days of confirmation.
